One of the housekeepers did her job well. Then she went on sick leave. The three replacements I had were completely unsatisfactory. Having to vacuum again after someone had cleaned for four hours. Or the one who finished the four-story house in two hours—don't even get me started... or the elderly woman who should have a disability and was sent to my house with all those stairs... but the worst part is that when I said I wasn't satisfied and that I'd prefer someone else, they never once asked me why... what kind of follow-up is that?! My colleague and my cousin also worked for you, and it was the same story... not one better than the other... Anyway, I finally left. Good luck to you, and I hope you have better luck.

...I think we were just unlucky. The service was disorganized, and we didn't have the initial house inspection as promised. They sent someone to clean, but they stayed for exactly five minutes... It was a complete farce... This woman left with the key, of course... The agency called us and scheduled another appointment. On the day of the appointment, it was canceled four hours beforehand without any direct contact. We waited for nothing, so we called the agency again, and the person told us they would get back to us... We're still waiting... So, we're going to call them again to get our key back and finalize the contract with them... It's a shame to experience such a low level of service, with absolutely no positive aspects to speak of. Two months wasted.
