Everything was perfect from the first meeting to the installation. Damien was very attentive and did everything he could to ensure our project fit within our budget. The installer was also excellent.

Mistakes occurred at every stage of the process: a kitchen ordered with incompatible components (the range hood and shelf were incompatible, a fact the installers only discovered on the day of installation), no technical plans were provided on the promised date, a non-compliant refrigerator unit was delivered despite the error having been noted and supposed to be corrected, installers removed an electrical outlet (making it non-compliant and posing a risk of electrocution), cut a backsplash in two, and then assured us it was impossible to install the LED spotlights specified in the order. Everything was finally corrected after three weeks, and I had to provide proof of the electrical non-compliance to demand intervention.

Extremely disappointed and outraged by such poor quality! We've had a Kvik kitchen and bathroom for almost four years, and they're already damaged in several places. The salesperson claimed the doors were completely encased in a coating to prevent the MDF from warping… A lie! They were warping within the first few months. My kitchen and bathroom aren't particularly humid, but kitchen and bathroom furniture should at least be able to withstand a minimum amount of moisture. A few drops were enough to cause havoc, and it's only gotten worse since. And don't even get me started on the dishwasher door. And the installation! The Kvik technicians installed a bathroom sink without a drain. We only realized it a few days later because of the smell. 🤢 Customer service tried to tell me it wasn't included. It's like selling a car without wheels…

We are absolutely delighted with our experience with Kvik for the design and installation of our kitchen. A huge thank you to Damien, our consultant, who was fantastic from start to finish: attentive, available, offering excellent advice, and truly invested in our project. The team's follow-up was impeccable, always responsive and proactive in answering our questions and ensuring everything ran smoothly. As for the installers, they were simply exceptional: professional, meticulous, attentive to detail, and very pleasant. The final result is flawless. The people onsite are really kind, not in a commercial way. First they thought about the customer, they thought about your habits, your way of living, your family composition, and only in the end they elaborate a really nice and neat plan accordingly to our budget. Really happy to move away from Brussels to meet people in that place.
