Despite very nice finishes and a sturdy kitchen: - not everything promised during the initial consultations is actually available. - not all details and finishes are checked with even a modicum of care (delivery times, suitability, product inconsistencies, etc.). - it feels like once the kitchen is "sold," no detail matters anymore.
I bought my kitchen from Kvik Gosselies on a friend's recommendation. I've been there several times and have always received excellent advice and great patience. Damien and his team have always listened carefully to my needs and expectations while respecting my budget as much as possible. The installation was clean and flawless.
Everything was perfect from the first meeting to the installation. Damien was very attentive and did everything he could to ensure our project fit within our budget. The installer was also excellent.
More than 10 years after buying our kitchen, which is still as beautiful as ever :-), my daughter has just ordered hers, and they continue to spoil us with a kind gesture of goodwill. Thank you again!
The people onsite are really kind, not in a commercial way. First they thought about the customer, they thought about your habits, your way of living, your family composition, and only in the end they elaborate a really nice and neat plan accordingly to our budget. Really happy to move away from Brussels to meet people in that place.
