The store closed before the time initially posted (12:00) on the door. If we can't access the store until noon, then change your schedule. I'm outside, a salesperson looks at me from behind the counter and heads straight to the back of the store without even noticing I'm there. I don't find that professional. I drove 60 km for nothing. Noon means noon, not 11:50.
Excellent service, precise answers and advice (regarding a leaking toilet). They even allowed me to return an unused part for a refund. I'm not a professional, but I highly recommend them even for individuals :-)
Very friendly and helpful person at reception
