I've handled seven legal documents since 2012 with this firm and Maître Michielsen. It's an excellent firm, always available, and the notary is very responsive and explains complex information clearly. The fees aren't exorbitant, contrary to what I've read in some reviews; on the contrary, he's the first to offer a discount on this point. I'm surprised to see some of the reviews posted. I contacted the firm this morning around 9:00 AM to get copies of various documents. It's now 11:45 AM, and I've already received everything after speaking with a very attentive and pleasant person on the phone.
He treats people like dirt. He refuses to send documents, claiming they've already been sent to someone else and that they should just forward them (very convenient when a family is feuding!). He won't send anything else because the case is taking up his time and he gets NOTHING in return! Shameful! What a lack of respect for the family of the deceased. If someone disagrees with him, he clearly tells them he's not going to waste his time and that they should just go somewhere else… Very professional (irony intended!!).
