Completely unprofessional. Two Messenger messages to schedule an appointment, no response. A call on my mobile, he told me to send a text message with my contact information and that he would get back to me. No contact after 15 days. Two reminder texts, no response. And what's more, I was already a customer.
Excellent experience. First, the technician was very accommodating. Held up by a long job, he asked if he could come in the evening, after 7 pm, instead of rescheduling for the next day. He also came on a Sunday after receiving the replacement part. Please note that the technician who came to my home did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem, and he was also very courteous and friendly.
