Weather damage: I called customer service. A very "nice" gentleman told me I wasn't covered by roadside assistance because it was natural damage. I have basic comprehensive insurance, so it's really strange. I tried a second time, and this time a very nice lady told me, "Yes sir, you are covered. I'll send a repairman within the hour." In any case, they need to find competent staff.
Honestly, if patience is a sport, I'd win an Olympic medal. Three calls, three "I don't know, but it's all on the website," ten minutes of waiting, sighs, all for a simple question. I at least have some respect for your work, but heaven forbid I ever have to ask you a question again, it's so unbearable. I wanted to become an AG customer, and I'm asking questions related to my needs for vehicle insurance. At least we know what to expect.
The accident occurred on December 18, 2025, and the premium vehicle was declared a total loss on January 19, 2026. Only email exchanges have taken place with the claims adjuster, resulting in a second, slightly upward reassessment (after insisting with the adjuster) received on February 19, 2026. Since then, and despite several emails sent to AG Insurance with the claim reference number, and despite a final follow-up dated February 19, 2026, AG Insurance has shown me complete indifference! It is now almost three months since the date of the accident, and I have still not received compensation, even though my insurance is up to date (third-party liability and comprehensive policies renewed and paid on time). Unfortunately, AG Insurance's administrative handling of claims is appalling overall! I therefore reserve the right to take the necessary legal measures should AG Insurance not react within two weeks.
If you're looking for an insurance company that collects your premiums with a smile but disappears at the first sign of trouble, you've come to the right place. My experience with this company was a real ordeal, and I mean it.
