We bought our house through this real estate agency and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Throughout the entire process, we observed a lack of professionalism and thoroughness in the handling of our case. Communication was insufficient, sometimes unclear, and on several occasions we felt we had to insist to get clear answers. In a project as significant as buying a property, we believe that serious, transparent, and proactive support is essential—which was not our experience. The handover of the keys, which should have been a positive and well-organized event, was also poorly managed, leaving a very negative final impression. We are giving one star because it is not possible to give zero. We do not recommend this agency. There are other, far more competent and responsive professionals in the area who offer truly professional service. We advise prospective sellers, and especially prospective buyers, to be particularly vigilant: ensure everything is confirmed in writing, carefully record each exchange, and actively follow up on your case yourself. It's best not to leave anything unresolved and to send regular reminders, as follow-up may not always be proactive.

I called to arrange a viewing and get more details. The property was immediately and heavily undervalued by the agency, only to realize they were blocking any higher bids. They have an offer that hasn't yet been submitted to the owner; nothing is mentioned in the listing, but no viewing is possible, they won't listen to the possibility of a higher bid, not even a single question about the potential offer amount, borrowing capacity, or whether the loan would be for one or two people, or the loan-to-value ratio. This isn't very fair to either the seller or the potential buyers. It's safe to assume they have a friend who's interested in the property...
