I recently dealt with the CENTURY 21 "Les Lacs" real estate agency for the purchase of a house in Charleroi, and I am absolutely delighted with the experience. Christophe, the real estate agent in charge, demonstrated great professionalism and exemplary responsiveness. As I was abroad, communication was mainly via WhatsApp and email, and everything proceeded smoothly and transparently. Christophe went above and beyond his responsibilities, taking on additional tasks to ensure my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend their services!
We are very satisfied with this agency. Mr. Alexandre Dullier is very responsive and does everything he can to satisfy his clients. We don't regret having listed our property with him; in fact, we just entrusted him with the sale of our land as well. We bought another property that was, unfortunately, being listed by another well-known agency—a disaster! It's unbelievable! Mr. Dullier himself was even helping us with the process—amazing! Their legal assistant is also very competent and friendly. We highly recommend them!

It's very difficult to find buyers with all the necessary guarantees these days... I take my hat off to them.
Given the COVID situation, I haven't been there in person, but the staff are really friendly, very helpful, and very attentive. They're also great for following up on applications; they respect the rules and are available for viewings. Honestly, I recommend them.
