Efficiency, speed, professionalism I thought it would be complicated and take a very long time, a small three-sided house in Montigny le Tilleul where everything needed to be redone: insulation, electricity, heating… “Don’t worry, it will sell quickly.” Indeed, the sale was finalized on the second day of viewings. Exactly as the Real Estate Club had told me. They take care of everything: Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Electrical Installation Inspection Certificate Seller's Title Deed Extract from the Economic and Social Data Base (BDES) Certificate of Inheritance Plan Drawings Photography, including aerial drone shots Preparation of the preliminary sales agreement in due form. The club supports you until the very last day, including meter readings and on-site attendance at the notary's office for the signing of the deed. Your building needs to be emptied of its contents; no problem, the club will put you in touch with a professional and competent house clearance company, Bernard Bernard. Your house will even be cleaned after they've finished. It's true that all of this comes at a cost, but it's the price of guaranteed peace of mind and flawless efficiency.
