What a shame, they started off so well with the property they bought through their agency. They were so nice, always available, always answering the phone and WhatsApp messages until...they got their money! After that, I was met with coldness, formality, and above all, a complete breakdown in communication with the excuse, "I'm in a meeting, send an email to the agency." What a shame...and they don't even realize that money isn't everything in real estate.
