Honestly, I think the positive reviews about this lawyer are misleading. I'm a simple person who tries to see the good in everyone, but this lawyer proved to be dishonest and very disappointing. This is the first time in my life I've ever left a negative review. I contacted him for a planning permission regularization following the purchase of a building. Unfortunately, I received bad advice and ended up in violation of the law. Mr. Marinelli, whom I had asked for help, demanded a payment of over €1,000 before even filing anything. He seemed more in favor of the city, being a former civil servant from Charleroi, and he catered to their needs rather than mine. Furthermore, he mixed up the files and didn't even seem to grasp the issues in my case. I sincerely advise you not to use his services. He's a lawyer to avoid!
