I highly recommend Yves Alexandre Hubert for his professionalism, meticulous work, thorough case management, and clear, precise answers in language easily understood by his clients. He is my lawyer in a right-of-way easement case. The Justice of the Peace for the 2nd canton of Colfontaine accepted his arguments, and the Court of First Instance of Mons fully endorsed Mr. Hubert's position in its conclusions and upheld the initial two judgments. He is always present at hearings, he certainly does not charge €180 per hour, and he seeks a solution tailored to your specific situation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I don't know if it's incompetence, a conflict of interest, or a lack of commitment. One thing is certain: he's not a real estate law expert like he claims to be! I wasted my time and money for a year with this lawyer. He only communicates by email and charges exorbitant fees! There's no foresight, no seriousness, no arguments, and no transparency with his clients. In short, you have to do all the work for him so he can give half-hearted answers to your questions. He doesn't advise or assist you, he's absent from on-site appointments, and he doesn't even request the presence of a colleague! In short, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! In one consultation with a colleague, I got more answers about procedures, methods, and options than I did in a year. All for the same price of €180/hour.
