We have been customers for many years and have always been very happy with this company's services. We recently replaced our alarm system and, once again, we are completely satisfied. The manager, technicians, and administrative staff provide excellent advice, demonstrate competence, availability, and friendliness. We commend them for their professionalism. Perhaps MCA Security is competent when it comes to installing a new product, but as far as after-sales service is concerned, it's a complete failure in my experience. On November 4, 2024, a rather unfriendly technician came to perform maintenance. He told me everything was fine. Three months later, there was a battery problem. I called MCA, and the receptionist told me the system could last another month after the first alarm and gave me a date for the technician to come. A few days before the scheduled visit, she called me and told me the appointment had to be rescheduled for no apparent reason, moving it to April 22. I told her I was going on vacation at the beginning of May and that I couldn't arm my system anymore because of the false alarms. On April 22 at 9:00 AM, the time of the second appointment, the receptionist told me the technician couldn't come due to a foot injury. I asked her to send another technician. Not possible; the schedule was already set. I reminded her that I was leaving for vacation on May 7th. She told me she was swamped and would check in the afternoon. No news, I called the next day and she still hadn't heard anything about my appointment. I left for vacation without being able to connect my alarm system. Upon my return, I contacted another company to install a new system and I ripped out the MCA Security system.
The manager is very competent and acts quickly. The workers are very efficient and discreet. The secretaries are attentive. I recommend this company.
