The owner knows his stuff. He gives advice to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result while respecting the needs of your trees and shrubs. I called him for an emergency repair one day (a tree had fallen during a storm and was encroaching on my neighbor's garden). He was able to make himself available and come after 5 pm. He then earned my trust for pruning and maintaining the remaining trees! His work was quick and clean; he's one of the few remaining honest tradespeople. I highly recommend him.
