The frames are high quality, but the after-sales service is appalling. The staff were very kind and pleasant during the purchase, but I regret the lack of advice (the bathroom window was messed up...the toilet...). I have a new house, my first purchase, and I find myself having to put up stickers... The front door was poorly installed...as a result, I have dampness on the adjacent wall. Luckily, our new neighbor has windows and fixed everything, because Design Window is completely unresponsive when it comes to after-sales service.... Nevertheless, I repeat, the frames are high quality and at a very reasonable price.

The after-sales service has been a disaster. The manager, Mr. Soso, is more involved in fraud than window installation. We've been waiting for warranty work for two years, even though we paid for the entire project in full. He'll have to face the media (RTL) and the courts to try and justify himself. Extremely disappointed! There's a 1cm gap between the door and the floor. Even leaves get into the house. Water seeps in. I have a meter-deep puddle on the floor that's damaging the finish around the window frame. "Luckily," we have tile flooring; I can't imagine the disaster with hardwood floors. I'm still waiting for someone to come... (installation in June) We chose plaster finishes, and not a single one is straight. We requested that the windows be engraved with their codes; this was a requirement of the energy performance certificate (EPC) assessor in order to receive the subsidies. None of our window frames had this engraving. We reluctantly agreed to compromise and accept a certificate. We waited six months to receive it, after repeated reminders.

I highly recommend this company for installing shutters and windows and doors. We initially met with Mr. Zoso, who advised us on the best shutter model, color, and type, while fully listening to our needs. We were then able to set a date and obtain a very realistic work schedule. The removal of the old frames and the installation of the new ones were carried out with impeccable speed and efficiency, thanks to the company's workers (who were also very polite, I should add). Today, almost a year after installing our new frames, we can only thank Design Window for their work, follow-up, and the energy invested by every member of the team.
