We have been working with this company for 20 years. Very professional and always good solutions. And on top of that, they even come to your home if necessary. Our next electrical appliance will undoubtedly be ordered from Dokter Elektro as well.
The extractor hood motor needed repairing, and since I had little time myself, I decided to call on this service. They were going to remove the entire top section (chimney), resulting in demolition work. Fortunately, I didn't proceed with this, but I still received a bill for 170 EUR. Afterwards, I looked it up and carried it out myself; the extractor hood motor can easily be removed from underneath so that it can be replaced without having to break out the chimney. Think twice before contacting these people. No idea why the owners keep disputing the 170 EUR per hour bills in other similar reviews. Proof of invoice can be provided.
Geen positieve ervaring met deze mensen. Zij tonen geen enkele flexibiliteit naar datum toe en geven ook geen uur (of voormiddag/namiddag). Bij hen initiële analyse hebben ze alles open gemaakt en bleek een wisselstuk nodig (dat volgens de technieker slechts 1 a 2 dagen levertijd nodig had). Daarna hen meer dan een week niet meer gehoord (terwijl alles open lag en ik mijn vaatwasser dus ook niet kon gebruiken) tot ik zelf contact opnam om een nieuwe afspraak in te plannen. Deze werd dan uiteindelijk geïnstalleerd maar 3 weken later kreeg ik terug een foutmelding. Hen terug laten komen (onder garantie ging ik van uit). Maar dan kwamen ze met de smoes dat er nu een foutmelding I20 was en vorige keer I30... Terug 100 € mogen betalen. Verder geen transparantie rond prijzen, datum van afspraak etc. Absoluut te mijden.
I highly recommend Dokter Elektro: they were accurate, honest, communicated very well and efficiently, and provided a suitable and well-substantiated proposal for a new ATAG dishwasher. This was after it turned out that the old AEG dishwasher was beyond repair or would have been very expensive to repair. My tenants are very satisfied with the clear explanation they received about using the new dishwasher and the smooth agreements. They told me: TOP service! I can only confirm this. TOP!
