The technician came alone, which was not handy to disassemble and move the oven. The diagnostics took extremely long -2h (which included struggling with putting the oven back together). It looked like he never had to deal with Smeg appliance before. This was charged at full price based on the time spent - 208 EUR for 0 value. After the oven was assembled back one more circle stopped working. Expensive, unfriendly and unprofessional.
Quick service although took 1 hour (which was charged!) to find the problem which was actually a 30 sec fix. Spare parts were charged at x3.5 their actual cost. Thx for your reply text messages were exchanged at your number and no invoice was sent as requested !
