He inquired with the City of Ghent beforehand, ensuring our building permit was accepted smoothly. All work proceeded according to plan. Niels was always very accessible. He coordinated with the contractors and followed the schedule meticulously. Thanks to his creative ideas, we ended up with a beautiful design. During the works, we were always given the opportunity to request minor adjustments. Niels and his team would then provide us with a design for the modifications each time. Niels ensured that all parties involved were aligned and notified us of all phases in a timely manner. Niels was frequently present on the construction site, and if we had a question, he would come in person to check everything.
