We were guided very well and meticulously through the 'minefield' that is a construction process. Without being pushy or dominating, we were repeatedly presented with various options on different levels. It was up to us to keep an eye on the budget. (That was sometimes disappointing). The constructive site meetings (about ten of them) were always a revelation to us regarding points of attention that we would never have thought of ourselves. Each time, this was followed very shortly by a detailed report from Alice (who was still an intern at the time). We have gone through several architects throughout our careers, good ones and not so good ones, but these were the best.

We worked with CAS for our new project in Kortrijk. From design to completion, it was a very positive experience, with our wishes clearly taken into account. The architects were very responsive to the client and monitored everything closely. They provided personalized advice throughout all construction phases, even for the interior design. They also provided honest construction cost estimates, so you clearly know what you're getting into. And even after completion, they remain available for questions and advice.

You made our renovation a true gem, despite all the building restrictions we faced. Without you, we would never have started it, but you opened our eyes to the possibilities of the renovation beyond our wildest dreams. A highly professional team poured their heart and soul into our project, achieving a result that 100% met our expectations. Fantastic architecture. It's just a shame that this architecture is disrupted by a visible black EPDM strip on top of the flat roofs.
