We are very satisfied with the collaboration with Nathalie and the team at CH Architects. We tackled a thorough renovation of our home with them, paying close attention to detail, aesthetics, and insulation and energy performance optimization (EPB). This included everything from the creative and contemporary design to the complete execution and finishing. After a preliminary study period, including fine-tuning the design, contacting and selecting all contractors, Nathalie coordinated the precisely timed execution of the work until final delivery. Regular site visits with detailed site reports ensured smooth coordination between the various parties. We will definitely work with CH Architects again on future construction projects.

Very satisfied with Ch-Architects. We started building just before the coronavirus pandemic, and despite this challenging period, thanks to Ch-Architects, the work was completed on time, with the necessary advice, input, and adjustments. This was always done in consultation with us. The design of our house is simply fantastic, with an eye for detail and, importantly, within the agreed budget. Professional follow-up of the interior and exterior design. From the first meeting to the completion of our home, they provided a very efficient and friendly working environment. I had great confidence in their collaboration and can highly recommend working with them.

After years of hesitation about whether or not to renovate, we decided to have our house almost completely renovated. In our search for an architect, CH was recommended to us by acquaintances, and we must say we received a warm welcome and felt (and still feel) good about the way CH handled our project. During both the design and implementation phases, we were able to count on punctual follow-up and were "unburdened" in many aspects you normally face as a building owner. During the design phase, no idea was too outlandish, and we were able to patiently adjust drawing after drawing (or have it adjusted) until the perfect picture was achieved. From plan to reality. CH helped us, without being pushy, with the selection of contractors. Advice on work that could easily be done ourselves to keep costs down was followed by punctual follow-up with the contractors. During the implementation phase, CH organizes weekly site visits and consultations. These resulted in a report with action points that were followed up thoroughly, with quality always being paramount. This way, everyone knew what was planned and what still needed to be addressed. Ultimately, the project is coming to an end with (if I may say so myself) a very positive outcome. At the time of this review, we still have a few things to complete, such as the EPB reporting, the formalities regarding the renovation grant, and tax documents. CH will continue to support us in these areas as well. We will definitely recommend CH to anyone who will listen...

We called upon CH-Architecten for our home extension and renovation. Nathalie created a beautiful design for us and also designed the kitchen, the TV unit, and the bathroom vanity. Perhaps even more important is the supervision of the works: Nathalie ensured that every contractor executed everything perfectly. Everyone was kept well informed through regular site reports, and points for improvement were provided. The planned schedule was also strictly followed. In short, we are satisfied clients and can certainly recommend CH-Architecten.
