Our bathroom has been finalized for about two months now. We are very satisfied: the entire process – from demolition to construction and finishing – went smoothly, with respect for the rest of the house (the garage, stairs, and landing were well protected against dirt, and there was also daily cleaning by the tradesmen). The ceramic wall and floor are beautifully finished. The walk-in shower, the bath, the furniture, and the sinks were installed well and appear to be of good quality. The timing was adhered to well, and we were even finished earlier than expected. One point we are reflecting on in hindsight is the choice of heating. Perhaps we made a decision a bit too quickly here: a new radiator connected to the existing central heating system. There are likely better solutions available by now for fast, energy-efficient, custom-made heating in a bathroom. After all, our central heating switches on at different times than when we are using the bathroom. The company could suggest a few more alternatives or offer advice in this regard. The work was not exactly cheap, but the result is certainly worth it. All in all, an excellent experience. The positives are certainly the peace of mind from start to finish, the prompt follow-up of the tradespeople (e.g., due to a subcontractor's illness, another team was sent the same day), the timing, the professionalism, and the finish with high-quality ceramic floors and walls, furniture and taps, and painting. In short, a great success. Hopefully, the bathroom will last for many years.

From bathtub to walk-in shower. So perfection does exist. First to the showroom, a very nice selection, a warm welcome, expertise immediately evident. Afterwards, very good and clear communication. From the first appointment in her showroom with salesman Ceil, we received all necessary information and a quick quote for our renovation project, smooth communication was followed, and prompt support was provided. The special thing is that Dagmar Buysse's operational manager Tom Parijs followed-up the project very closely from start to finish with his great passion.
