Waited a full year to write this review. All our problems were thoroughly fixed (not just on the face of it), so very happy with Durieux’ services.
Work was done to expected standards, and generally happy with the work done by the teams. Communication on project was well managed. Easy to work with and enjoyed that they took most of the stress away for us by being available, communicative and supportive. A little bonus, the project manager on the site was a woman. It is good to see a bit more diversified team on such works.
They installed a new flat roof. There is permanently 5 cm water on it, after it rains. According to them, this is my fault as I did not ask for a roof with an angle to drain the water... They refused to rectify the problem
