The work seems okay as far as we can see. The work is very sloppy, so be sure to cover your furniture. They don't ask for nothing, as there's glue everywhere, even on the walls they weren't supposed to cover and the ceiling. Furthermore, our floor was damaged, and they keep answering my emails vaguely and ignoring them. I told them I understand the furniture and am willing to pay for it myself because we forgot to cover it, but the holes in the floor—you'd expect more from such companies. The only response we received was, "The holes aren't next to the wall, so it probably isn't ours." Even after sending proof, we haven't heard anything since.

Initial contact was good and professional, but the execution was less so. Dryguard sent an employee who didn't speak Dutch. Communication was difficult. Vertical injections weren't carried out to a height of 1 meter as agreed. The entire wall was drilled through instead of the 5 cm wall thickness stated on the product sheet. Drill holes weren't blown out before injection. Drill holes were sealed with polyurethane foam, which quickly fell out. Worst of all: the facing bricks were damaged/cracked/broken in eight places due to drilling too deep (the entire interior wall, through the cavity wall to the facing brick). I'm still waiting for a response.
