Die dag kwam er, door een foutje, geen persoon opdagen. Meteen gebeld en een nieuwe afspraak gekregen. Bij het plaatsbezoek kreeg ik duidelijke informatie over wat mogelijk was. En binnen de 48h had in mijn gedetailleerde offerte al in de mailbox. Daarna contact gehad met de planning. Ook hier gebeurde alles op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. In samenspraak werd besproken wanneer de werken ingepland konden worden. De werkmannen die thuis geweest zijn waren punctueel en konden een duidelijk antwoord geven op al mijn vragen. Op het einde van de werken werd mijn woning ook netjes achtergelaten.
