Smooth and accurate information from representatives Sebastiaan and Nathalie; the work was carried out professionally. If you are from West Flanders, contact Murprotec and ask for Sebastiaan!!!

In summary: very satisfied. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the price: Murprotec is 20 to 25% more expensive than other companies we've consulted. We ultimately chose Murprotec, mainly because it meant less hassle for us: fewer skirting boards to remove (only in our hallway, where waterproofing was needed to prevent moisture from penetrating through the dividing wall with the neighbor), fewer walls to inject (meaning less furniture to move for us), but even with the significantly less work, they still turned out to be considerably more expensive. We can't, of course, compare their end-to-end work to others, but we are very satisfied: very professional and very friendly. We had four different people visit, in order: expert Gunther (sales), site manager Brecht (who also made an appointment with our neighbor to check the dividing wall), foreman Jan (clean work! Skirting boards removed without damage! Friendly, and in consultation with us, they searched for any hidden pipes and cables, etc.), and to our surprise, the evening after the work was completed, expert Bram came to do a check-up and check our satisfaction after the entire process. For those who, like us, are concerned about possible dirt/dust: Jan did a very clean job. He used a vacuum cleaner when drilling the injection holes: no dust problems. We had packed our furniture and masked off the cabinets, but that was unnecessary. Where plastering is required, there's some cutting and demolition work involved: Jan protected the floor and also used the vacuum cleaner, but cutting off the plaster naturally creates dust -> our masking tape was useful there. After the work, he cleaned everything up neatly.
