We ordered curtains on April 27, 2022, and the estimated delivery time was about four weeks. I'm writing this review today, July 12, 2022. After 11 weeks, despite several reminders, they still haven't been delivered! There were no updates from the store. We had to call them constantly to check on their progress. We'll probably have to do it again. Terrible service! This store isn't worth your money. Neighbors, avoid this store at all costs.
Extremely poor communication! Really dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a curtain. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed a black stripe. They said they would repair it and it would be ready the following week. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything. I didn't receive a response to my email asking if there was any news. When I called, the person who was supposed to be aware of this wasn't there. They promised to call me back. They didn't. I called back a few days later. At the end of week two, I was able to pick up my curtain. The black stripe was still there! I had just hung it up. I called, and they said they would inquire about repairing it. From my experience, they never return calls, so I emailed them everything, including photos of the black stripe, etc. I never received a response, neither to my email nor to my phone. It's a real shame how they treat their customers.
Very poor communication, or none at all. I'm truly dissatisfied with your service. I ordered two custom-made Roman blinds (super expensive). When you order something, you expect to know when the service will be completed. But not with Speuder, because they don't know. I had to call several times to ask about my order. They also have a mess of their paperwork because they placed my order under a different name. Finally, after waiting five weeks, I received my curtains. And guess what... I received two right-sided curtains instead of one left-sided and one right-sided. I really didn't think ordering curtains could be this difficult. Thank you, Speuder.
We were having problems with outdated blinds on the front windows. We contacted Speurder Interieur, and a very friendly man arrived the next day to take measurements at our request and provide a quote based on those measurements. The new blinds had to be ordered and custom-made. In a good week, everything was taken care of. This was achieved with great expertise, an unparalleled friendliness, and a very reasonable price. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Speurder employees for their excellent service! I highly recommend them!
