We had new PVC windows installed in our apartment right in the city center. And we thought, nothing could be simpler than a team familiar with Ghent. We had initial contact in the showroom at the end of January; the following week, there was already an on-site visit and preliminary measurements. Everything went incredibly smoothly after that, and the windows were installed in a single day by the third week of April (the team is adjusted depending on the job). Belisol Ghent took care of everything: a moving lift, parking signs, and police assistance. The very next day, the reveals were neatly plastered and finished. Everything went very cleanly on both days: taking away the old windows and debris, and vacuuming. The small amount of sawing was done in their own van, so it didn't produce any mess. A very positive experience!

We are completely satisfied with Belisol; the sales, surveying, installation, and follow-up all went smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with Belisol Gent. They listened to our wishes and collaborated with us on our concept. After the site visit, we were given an appointment in the showroom where they took the time to design our door and windows, including interior and exterior window colors, concealed hinges, and so on. The showroom has many different examples. We were on vacation while the work was being carried out, but everything was done perfectly and correctly. We were very pleased to receive photos of the completed work while we were on vacation. It was a wonderful homecoming. Belisol Gent is a company run by highly skilled people who are passionate about their work.
