We are incredibly satisfied with BA Floors. They initially installed fitted carpet for us, and that was such a positive experience that we later went back to have a regular carpet made as well. They do that too, if you ask. What really made the difference for us was the excellent price-quality ratio. BA Floors is also exceptionally customer-friendly: we always received clear, honest, and professional explanations, without any sales pitches. We received a good stock price for a high-quality carpet. Installation was crucial for us, considering the children's room schedule. They accommodated this by installing it the same evening. During installation, we noticed we needed underlay, and they were flexible and provided it. There was an additional charge for this. Conclusion: fast, high-quality, and excellent service for the price.

After Carpetright went bankrupt, we were contacted by BAFloors, who said they would help us install our vinyl flooring. Initially, we were very suspicious, especially since we'd already lost our deposit to Carpetright, and now an unknown company suddenly called us, saying they wanted to help us out. We even drove all the way to Ghent to see if this shop actually existed. And yes, they did. After much discussion, we even chose a different, better vinyl flooring for the same price. Meanwhile, everything was installed as agreed, and a big compliment to the friendly installers who did an impeccable job. We will definitely recommend BAFloors to everyone we know. BAFloors is fantastic - highly recommended! Excellent contact with the salesperson, who came to our home very quickly and gave us professional advice regarding installation and equipment selection. Delivered quickly as agreed. The installer really went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. It was definitely not an easy job, with lots of nooks and crannies.
