BA Floors

We are incredibly satisfied with BA Floors. They initially installed fitted carpet for us, and that was such a positive experience that we later went back to have a regular carpet made as well. They do that too, if you ask. What really made the difference for us was the excellent price-quality ratio. BA Floors is also exceptionally customer-friendly: we always received clear, honest, and professional explanations, without any sales pitches. The delivery also went exactly as agreed, which is a deal-breaker for us. In short, a reliable company with an eye for quality and service. We highly recommend BA Floors!

A huge disappointment. Had flooring installed upstairs (vinyl); provided the measurements on paper. During installation, they ran short because they laid the vinyl in the wrong direction, so it cost an extra 300 euros to do the remaining room, and there was a huge surplus on the other side. It was cut too short at the doors and curls up at the wall. So we still had to make adjustments everywhere ourselves. In short, they are not professionals, and for us, never again this company. Be warned, because we contacted them afterwards and the response was that you should have been there to say which direction it should have been laid.😡

After Carpetright went bankrupt, we were contacted by BAFloors, who said they would help us install our vinyl flooring. Initially, we were very suspicious, especially since we'd already lost our deposit to Carpetright, and now an unknown company suddenly called us, saying they wanted to help us out. We even drove all the way to Ghent to see if this shop actually existed. And yes, they did. After much discussion, we even chose a different, better vinyl flooring for the same price. Meanwhile, everything was installed as agreed, and a big compliment to the friendly installers who did an impeccable job. We will definitely recommend BAFloors to everyone we know. Finally, thank you, BAFloors, for serving us so well.

BAFloors is fantastic - highly recommended! Excellent contact with the salesperson, who came to our home very quickly and gave us professional advice regarding installation and equipment selection. Delivered quickly as agreed. The installer really went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. It was definitely not an easy job, with lots of nooks and crannies. The salesperson even came by to inspect the result. The product is very solid and beautiful. If we ever need new flooring for other rooms, we will definitely work with BAFloors. A satisfied customer.
