We are very satisfied with the renovation. Kurt takes care of everything and guides you through the entire project. His open communication makes every proposal open to discussion. Thanks to his extensive experience, he has a suitable solution for many problems. Kurt has a broad network of skilled professionals readily available. Kurt completed the renovations to a high standard within the agreed-upon timeframe, while maintaining daily follow-up. And he did it all for the price we agreed upon. Everything went very smoothly. Thanks!
M&M Renovation renovated our home in Brussels. Everything was beautifully done with an eye for detail. The team is highly experienced and goes above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied. Kurt gave us excellent advice on how to best optimize the space with a focus on comfort. We absolutely love living in our little house!
The M&M Renovation team renovated my house in Saint-Gilles last year, and we still receive many compliments from our visitors. Everything was done very neatly and smoothly. Communication was excellent. So far, I can always turn to Kurt for further advice and assistance regarding the property. We will definitely work with Kurt and his team again in the future. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable contractor.
The follow-up on the services provided remains unresolved, two years after delivery. The contractor no longer responds to emails or WhatsApp messages. We're now stuck with poorly plastered walls (causing moisture to enter). Electrical boxes are not properly protected, and the bathroom still leaks after a one-time visit to stop it. In short, if you're looking for a quick renovation with the risk of no response and an unfinished home, this is the place to go.
