Great gym and a super friendly staff! Highly recommend for the price
Lots of room and nice machines! Even with a lot of people it didn’t feel packed. Only note is that everyone can see you if you use the urinals by the men’s toilet haha
Poor service - toilets broken multiple Times - scanners at the entrance don’t work. Too crowded a lot of the time. Tissues to clean machines don’t get replaced. Often times nobody in the club to help. Last time I went there and 6 dudes were fighting inside the mens changing room. Told this to the people who work there - they told me it was friendly sparring. Elevator broken for a few weeks. Sorry but I never saw a gym with such poor maintenance and service. I stopped my membership - they still wanted to charge 1 more month with a flexible option to cancel! Total rip off this club and basic fit in general are designed to empty your pockets with fraudulent gym memberships.
PLEASE, ADD MORE MIRRORS IN LADIES CHANGING ROOM. You have the whole free wall there, where you can place big mirrors and good light and even arrange it in Insta style so that girls can take Insta pics and promote your gym. Showers - change them so that the water comes from the wall infront and not from the ceiling. Not everyone wants to have their hair wet after taking a shower. And paint them white. Dark colours prevents the cleaning service from paying attention the hygiene. White colour gives the impression of fresh cleanness and helps the cleaning service to make sure that showers are indeed clean.
For the love of god, bring back a way to call the monitor to the desk. The help button outside is deactivated, the one inside is gone too. If the monitor is nowhere to be found, good luck if you have an emergency at the gym
