Absolutely disgraceful, Pathetic and shocking customer service. I called Boss Cleaning Gent on behalf of a client to raise a legitimate complaint about their services. The woman who answered the phone refused to listen, interrupted me, said she was not interested, and hung up the call while I was still speaking. This is not just unprofessional — it shows total contempt for clients and zero respect for basic communication. If this is how complaints are handled, it says everything about the company’s internal culture and quality standards. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before working with a company that treats people this way.
