We are extremely satisfied with the company that installed our heat pump. From the very first contact, we received a very clear and expert explanation from Cédric, which immediately gave us a lot of confidence. The installation itself went smoothly and professionally: the heat pump was neatly placed in the attic and distributed throughout the rest of the house via the ceiling. The installers also deserve special mention. They were not only friendly and professional, but also took ample time to explain everything thoroughly, regarding both the operation of the heat pump and the use of the accompanying app. During the work, as expected, there was minor damage to the walls. However, this was neatly repaired without discussion and on the company's instructions by a painter with whom they collaborate. That demonstrates their sense of responsibility and after-sales service. In short: a very professional company that holds quality and customer satisfaction in high regard. We absolutely recommend them!

We're very happy with the company, from the first conversation with Robbe to the installation by Olivier and Emiel. Everyone is easy to work with, listens to your wishes, explores the possibilities together, and answers questions promptly on-site and via email. They leave the site looking beautiful. Even the downstairs roof duct, which we were afraid wouldn't fit in the recess between the second and third floors, was perfectly handled by the installers. All our wishes were perfectly fulfilled, if possible. Highly recommended.
