Very satisfied with the collaboration with Kvik. I would definitely recommend it to people who are planning to install the kitchen themselves as well!

I ordered several kitchens from Kvik Ghent for building projects, and while the kitchen designs are impressive, the service and attitude were extremely disappointing. The contractors who installed the kitchens displayed poor workmanship and professionalism. Additionally, the internal sales team responded inappropriately to the issues we raised. Overall, the service and mentality were below par. Kvik's kitchens are a good option, but be sure to choose the right franchise to avoid these problems.

We have had a very positive experience with Kvik, regarding our kitchen as well as our storage and laundry room. From the very first visit, Jonas provided us with excellent assistance in developing our design. He truly listened to our requests and adjusted the design multiple times until it met all our criteria. He considered the style we wanted and how we could achieve it. We wanted to provide our own worktop, and this was not a problem. Our cooker had also already been ordered, and this was taken into account. Once the design was complete, the kitchen was expertly installed. This was done very smoothly and neatly. The installers were very friendly and discussed the final details with us. They also helped us think about how the kitchen and laundry room could be finished to their best advantage. For the final finishing touches, the installers came by twice more, arriving on time each time and thoroughly prepared. All in all, a very pleasant experience; we recommend Kvik to everyone for its customer service and good value for money.

Nice design and good salespeople. But after the sale, things weren't so positive. Our extra custom cabinets are okay, but it's clear where savings were made. The delivery service, in particular, leaves much to be desired. We received an email saying the rest of the kitchen would be finished, only to have the appliances—in their boxes—put in the living room and leave. No refrigerator, no cooktop, no extractor hood within four days of our move.

Very satisfied with our kitchen! Jonas guided us through the choice of materials, the placement of the appliances, and the layout of the cabinets, and ensured optimal use of space. The communication was professional and smooth; I would definitely recommend Kvik :)
