My key broke off in my Abus bike lock, and the attendant was happy to help me right away and solve the problem! I was out within 5 minutes with a working lock and a new key! Super service!
I got help fairly quickly, but they could have just told me over the phone that a piece of paper would work. I've done that before. The fact that they dare charge €129 excluding VAT for this is outrageous. Not only for the client, but also for the technician who is urgently dispatched...
