We've already contacted Notary Veraverbeke for several questions. She guided us from start to finish with exceptional expertise. The contact was very pleasant, and her communication was tailored to help us navigate the legal jargon. She has our complete confidence.
I had a wonderful experience with Marieke Veraverbeke. She's a smooth and passionate notary who takes the time to make everything clear and understandable. She's open to questions and assistance, which is actually more than I expected from a notary.
A few years ago, we went to notary Claerhout for our wedding, and more recently, in 2025, for the purchase of a property and the start of a business in Veraverbeke. They are very friendly and professional. They also take the time to explain everything, go over different scenarios, and offer advice. We've already referred a few friends, and they were all very satisfied!
Personally, I haven't had any positive experiences with notary Marc Claeys and his colleague Margot van Steen, but you can only post positive things here; otherwise, it might be considered libel and defamation. So, a very good notary who is open to dialogue and consultation, very neutral and objective, and adheres to all regulations. Highly recommended. I have no experience with the other colleagues. I'm always available for a conversation to clarify this, even though I wasn't a direct client of his.
Very bad service, no response after multiple calls, emails, letters sent. Nothing. This notary does not care and is completely unprofessionnal.
