After 30 years, I had my living room and kitchen painted by the company Mynckedecor. I live in an older house (1960s) to which an extension was added. The plasterwork was not done properly at the time. There were several cracks in the wall. So, a lot of preparatory work was required. The result is stunning. It is exactly as if I am living in a new-build home. The painting itself is incredibly beautifully done. And all this within the agreed timeframe and price. Many thanks to Jo, Koen, and his team.

We were very satisfied with the collaboration. However, when we requested aftercare (first, scratches on the floor from the kitchen installation, and then the floor coming loose because the adhesive was coming loose), we received no response. We completely understand that being a small business owner is busy. But stringing us along for nine months, not showing up for an appointment, and not following up afterward—that's terrible service. It's still unresolved...
