Almost everything they use for pest control comes directly from GAMMA, but they charge their customers six times as much. You can buy the exact same products at Gamma for a fraction of the price. For example, an electric fly zapper costing €100, which they charge for €900. That speaks volumes! Their "follow-up" of inspections is a complete scam, designed to allow them to bill absurdly high amounts later. My advice: go to Gamma yourself and ask which product is best for you. Stay away, both as a customer and a job seeker! Whether you follow my advice or not, you will eventually see the results. Forewarned is forearmed!

I've wasted a lot of money on pest control in the past, only to have the problem keep recurring. Bug Crushers not only solved an ongoing problem, they did it for a great price. The customer service was also excellent; the staff was friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.

We received excellent treatment for rats in our basement. They were gone after two treatments! Knowledgeable people.

They came by for two sessions, and I had to insist on the second one again because they hadn't gotten back to me for a long time. Four months after the treatment, I noticed larvae of the original problem (carpet beetles). I contacted them because they said that if it wasn't done properly, there would be a free session as a guarantee. Suddenly, I was told the warranty had just expired, so I emailed back several times, asking about the warranty period, and never received a response. Definitely not recommended.

The standard quote over the phone was two treatments at €120 each. The confirmation email also mentioned "having to come back a third time" for a lower rate. However, the first treatment was poorly executed: among other things, the cat sleeping areas weren't sprayed. According to the employee, only the baseboards were supposed to be sprayed. No wonder they have to come back three times for some clients. Several emails from myself and a lawyer went unanswered. After a little over two weeks, I suddenly received a call asking when they could come for the second visit. I felt obligated to pay the first time to get rid of them, but ultimately, I had to solve the problem myself with Vapona sprays and flea powder.
