We had comprehensive insurance with this company. Our car was declared a total loss, and after almost two years, the damage still hasn't been reimbursed. Moreover, they repeatedly switched us to the most expensive insurance policy without permission. When we refused to pay the extra costs, they sent us to the bailiff. We find it incomprehensible that there are so many positive reviews about this company. We've had very bad experiences with them. They called to say they'll contact a lawyer if I don't delete this comment. Beware!
