We vacated the apartment on 31st October 2025, and it has now been more than four months, yet we still haven’t received our rental deposit back and am not sure if we get it back any time soon. Despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been no response from the property manager, Mr. Leander. The lack of communication and delay in returning the deposit is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly recommend improving responsiveness and handling such matters more responsibly.
We rented an apartment from OP which was eventually managed by Rencura. Initially, we had a neutral experience in the beginning as we never had to interact with them as they managed the building very well and there weren't many complaints. During our intimation of exit, there was quite some confusion due to miscommunication with Florence but once Pauline was assigned to our case, she was excellent. She helped us in processing our documents very fast and ensured a smooth transfer of documents as we ended our rental agreement which left a really good impression on us.
Narhan is a very good house manager. Every time I apply for house maintenance, he can respond and handle it in time. His English is very good. Thank for everything he has done for me.

I must say that I am very satisfied with the support and guidance I received from the Rencura company and in particular my real state agent, Nathan Devos. Nathan was very helpful and always available to answer any of my questions and provide assistance with all coming matters. As a foreigner coming to Belgium for the first time, I feel very lucky to come across him and Rencura for my first experience of renting an apartment.
