Even on Sundays, we could count on an answer or help whenever we had a concern. That gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. What we also greatly appreciated was their approach to handling problems or more difficult cases. For example, we had a potential permit issue regarding the garden shed. Instead of brushing it aside or viewing it as "too much work," they simply took it on and helped to get everything resolved. You really notice that their mentality is not one of "selling as quickly as possible," but rather: we are going to do this right, handle it correctly, and ensure everything is correct. Additionally, emails were always answered quickly, we were kept well informed, and everything proceeded very professionally without ever feeling distant or overly businesslike. Thanks to their dedication and approach, we ultimately received a very good price for our home, something we are naturally very happy about. In short: a very pleasant collaboration with people who clearly know what they are doing and who really do their best for their clients. We absolutely recommend Sara and Thimea.
