Elona was incredible. The day I went to see the apartment in Ghent, she took the time to explain every feature of the house and the options available to suit my needs. She was super friendly and did it all in English, which I'm very grateful for, since my Dutch isn't very good yet. She made sure to contact me both by phone and email to ensure my rental process was as smooth as possible. When it came time to sign the rental agreement, we met in a beautiful office, where she took the time to explain and translate the entire contract for me. I couldn't be happier with her service and professionalism. I can't wait to move into my new apartment! Thank you, Elona!

I recently bought an apartment through ERA Ghent. Once I moved in, I discovered there was no hot water in the shower. I contacted ERA to discuss the matter through the ERA Comfort guarantee, but no one responded. I called and they didn't answer, and they didn't even reply to emails. After more than a month, I still hadn't made any progress... 0 customer service. Very disappointing, even though the purchase process was very smooth. Unfortunately, the seller of the apartment no longer works for ERA, as she was the only one who contacted me about this problem and gave me some contact details.

I am deeply disappointed by their service. I have never given this low rate for something. But this is because they didn’t do what they said in their confirmation email that they would review all applications and came back with further information. I had to check many times through phone calls. Suddenly after many times of calling, they said the apartment that I applied for is not available anymore.
