I've rented an apartment in Ghent recently via the Crevits. they had quick response, very on time and super kind. they are really open to give you any advice and help practically. very clear and Honest about contract and conditions. and thanks a lot because I have a nice flat and I am absolutely happy for living in my apartment. 🙏🌹🌹🌹

We had a wonderful experience working with Immobiliën Crevits and specifically, Pieter Jacobs. We rented an apartment after the very first viewing and Pieter inspired confidence from the first moment we spoke with him. He quickly arranged everything with the property owner, and we were able to sign the lease agreement in no time. Pieter was extremely helpful with all of our questions regarding utilities, insurance, and even went out of his way to assist us with the keys on his day off. It was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring that we had a smooth and stress-free move-in process. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Immobiliën Crevits and Pieter, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agency. If there is a choice of 0 star, I gave them 0. We contacted them for a living in Gent and had appointment with the tenant who was living there. Since we were living in Netherlands, we had to go there and wait till 18 uur because he was only available at that time. 2 times my husband had to wacht in the dark and snow, 2 times noone was there to let him see the appartment. Of course, we asked Crevits if there was any problem after the first time try, they said 'ok, have another appointment at the same hour'. The second one was the same. Then we complained with the staffs of Crevits and wanted to have new appointments but no one answered after that, even no apologises. We paid 2 times return train tickets from NL to Gent for nothing. But I remembered CREVITS for the rest of my life. I told all of my friends never use their services. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
