I had a good experience. I was shown apartment on time and I recieved my rental agreement documents on timely manner. My meetings and conversations went well and I could rent a nice apartment through De Fooz.
I was attended by Rani and I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure. I'm coming from another country, so many things are new to me, but she guided me through the process perfectly and making sure I understood all steps, answered to all of my mails in the same day and made the communication with the landlord as smooth as it could possibly be. I have lived in multiple countries and I have to say that it was the best experience I had so far. Also Fooz was the fastest company replying to apartment visit requests. I recommend them 100% and without hesitation.
Worst Customer Service ! They called us to tell we were the new tenants of a nice house. 15 they called us back to apologize as they called the wrong people. They NEVER reached back to us after that huge mistake. Poor and cheap agency. You can definitely find better in Gent.
