TL;DR: A nightmare, from the beginning until the end. At first, good contact, but quickly unprofessional things happened. Let me state the facts here: - change of the fares in less than a month between the initial proposal and the contract. Since I was very busy preparing the move, I did not notice and of course they would not highlight. I ended up paying >10% more than the initial proposal. Poor value and borderline dishonest. - enforcing the rental of a lift despite the plenty pictures I sent that were amply showing it was not possible to use it at the departure place. At the arrival place, everybody was tired and almost nothing went on the first floor, they just dropped everything in our storage areas. And of course I did not know better so I was not challenging that. The lift was never used. Poor advice. - not showing up on the day. Yup, you read it correctly. Due to a miscommunication on their side, they had arranged the move a day later. Our plans were gone to trash, but we got a royal 150 euros discount (the invoice ended up at +6500 euros). This is not professional at all. - the first day went fine, despite the bit of laziness to not move many things upstairs. Also quite some scratches on our furniture, but ok, it happens. Just be warned that if you really value one piece of furniture, do not give it to a moving company. Standard process, they are not better nor worse than others. - we had to book another day as not all was moved. The crew was not the same and 2 were good and willing, the 3rd person would stay part of the time on his phone as it was "too tough". So he kept moving a couple of things around in a wheeled cart, things I could have done myself as well. And of course, we paid in full for that person. Poor professionalism - there is a promise that you will get a discount of 10% on the moving materials if you book the moving services. I asked for a code that I never received. Only because I claimed on this at the invoice reception, threatening to go in front of justice, did I receive a reduction in amount of the 10% on my invoice. False publicity and you should not hesitate to claim your money back. Take some screenshots of the offer and keep your invoices is my advice. - invoice reception. They send it to you on a Friday and you receive a chaser the next Monday or Tuesday. What kind of poor customer management is that? Especially after all that happened to me with them, with all their lacks. And they only agreed on the 10%, reimbursement of the lift and the 150 euros for the day late. And THAT IS IT. No commercial gesture of any kind. I received today again a chaser after they finally agreed with the amount I proposed, this time threatening me to send my file to their legal department. Good thing I just paid earlier today and was able to prove it. So, in summary, poor organization, poor customer management, false publicity, dishonesty, poor advice and lazy workers for some of them. And I have proof of all of that, obviously. How can they still consider they are at their top? That remains a mystery to me. I will never ever again use the services of that company which is not really able to recognize their faults in an appropriate (read financial) manner to compensate all the troubles their customers face. And I strongly disadvise you try. You may end up in an hell loop like we did.
