The admin side was perfect - helpful, transparent, timely responses etc. I couldn't be more thankful. The moving itself was ok: they dropped my things and scratched my walls. Perhaps this was expected and not their fault, so pls get insurance (as they also advise you before the moving day) if you mind. Also check the bill they hand you at the end of the work: they charged me more than I eventually paid based on the actual no. of hours (I informed the office separately after the move was completed, just to be on the safe side.) I chose this company mainly because it is run by women. Unfortunately, their moving staff made a racist and sexist joke about me once they arrived and laughed out loud in front of me. This was before any work was done. I was disappointed by this and hope their staff could be more informed about DEI. Two stars off because of this. But still thanks to the admin/office people, who facilitated the move as best as they could. Kudos to them!
The best moving company in Belgium, hands down. Thibaut and his team was extremely helpful in our international move and went above and beyond the typical services. Their hospitality was also unrivaled and is honestly the standard that other companies should follow. If you need a move or storage, just come here.
By far the best moving company we have used. So serviceminded, kind and trustworthy. We have used them two times and we have been really happy with them both times. The last move was from Gent to Norway. And they took care of everything for us. Both the movers and those in the office are polite and kind people. Really recomend if you want a stress free move. 😊
I asked their service for my move from Ghent to Berlin, and their service was really excellent. There were very good at disassembling and reassembling my Ikea furnitures and all my stuffs were delivered safely without any damage. The staffs where also very friendly, and if anyone asks me, I would recommend this company for moving from Ghent to another place.
I rented a storage space here for 6 months, and it was perfect. The facility is easily accessible and neat, the team is very friendly, flexible, and always willing to help. All for a great price. Highly recommend :)
