After thorough scouting for the replacement of our cornices (roofing work on the front and rear facades), we chose Florian's team, Proden Dakwerken, from Ghent. From our very first contact, there was excellent, honest communication, including an analysis of the problems, possible solutions, and materials—we chose Rockpanel—and a realistic schedule regarding time and execution. We were very pleased that the work could be carried out before the current 2023 construction holiday. Proden also took care of everything—use of their own scaffolding, clearing up and removing construction waste—worked professionally, and completed the work within the scheduled timeframe (1 week). We contacted Proden to replace two Velux. They were very responsive and communication was clear (and in English). We got a quote rapidly and the work was scheduled within 3 weeks after signing. The work was well executed and finitions were excellent . The installation of both Velux was more complicated than anticipated but they didn't charge the extra work. They even checked the roof and fixed a broken tile for free. They give advices on the roof maintenance too. Very professional and highly recommended!

I contacted Proden to replace my skylight with a flat roof and Skylux skylight. After contacting them, Florian was quickly available to assess the situation and provide a quote. Communication was clear, and several adjustments to the quote were no problem. For the questions I didn't know the answer to, Florian offered professional advice or even made a proposal. They started work three weeks after requesting the quote. The entire preparation on day one demonstrated their professional approach: they built scaffolding over which a tarp was stretched to prevent rain from entering during the work, and the passageway through the house was completely sealed off to keep the other living areas clean. The entire project was completed in just under two weeks, and any unexpected problems were addressed quickly and clearly. A few additional tasks and issues were resolved without any additional charges—fantastic! They examined the neighbors' roofs and explored how best to integrate mine with theirs. After the work was completed, everything was left spotlessly clean. I'm extremely pleased with the final result, and my neighbor has since requested that Proden do his roof as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional without months of waiting!
