Extremely professional from the initial meeting through to the installation of the new alarm system. No sales tactics to get you to buy more than planned, and not a bad word about the competitor's existing installation. Very clear quotation. Punctual on the scheduled day of the installation. Very focused, efficient, and skilled during the installation of the new equipment and the necessary replacement of existing equipment. No unnecessary demolition work, with enormous respect for the interior, and everything neatly cleaned up after the installation. Very good and practical explanation of how to use the new alarm system and open to any additional questions, emphasizing that we can always call Kristof if we still need help, should we have forgotten anything, in addition to the supplementary user manual we received. Conclusion: "Super satisfied and happy that we chose dVsecurity instead of one of those big players in the market where we experienced that as a customer you are just a number."
