Why a home battery? With my old analog meter and solar panels, I had zero electricity consumption. Since the digital meter, my electricity bill has doubled. Two homes at the same address (a former holiday home) also pose a challenge when it comes to peak consumption. I had to constantly arrange to meet my daughter and her four children who were eager to take turns with the heavy users. I contacted several suppliers. The friendly technician, Magomed, also had plenty of problems with the three electrical cabinets and a technical room behind a passive building that doesn't allow radiation to pass through. It took some time, but he resolved everything professionally and efficiently. We now have a set of Sigenergy home batteries and corresponding inverters (the previous inverters were outdated and underperformed). Everything has been inspected, but now we just need to wait for the dynamic energy contract and then get used to the user-friendly app. My daughter and I can both see when major energy consumers are running. I'm very satisfied with this company, and especially the employees. Highly recommended!

The technician was friendly and communicated clearly during the installation when the power would be down, etc. He also notified me 30 minutes beforehand so I could be there. After the installation, everything was cleaned up nicely. Meanwhile, Cedric has already contacted me to set everything up and follow up. He also asked me to share the next invoices so any optimizations can be made. Lifetime service is guaranteed :). A very satisfied customer. Now to follow up and see what savings we've made :)
