IQ Solar

Earlier this year, I reached out to several companies to install solar panels and a battery at my home in Brussels, and IQ Solar ticked all the boxes. The account manager that I was in contact with was very responsive and always on top of things. He also provided me with the best offer of the 5 other companies. Installation was also done professionally and took around 5 hours to install 12 panels and a battery. As a bonus, if you are into smart home automation, IQ Solar were kind to provide me with API access to Huawei FusionSolar, which I then connected to Home Assistant. All in all, I am very satisfied and happy with the service.

The best service ever, over delivers in quality and price. I don't write that many reviews, but my resolution for 2024 was to write them when I'm happy with something and not only when I'm annoyed. We evaluated 4 other companies for our solar project. IQ solar delivered" - Fastest reaction time to our initial enquiry - Sales rep that made promisses and kept them (E.G. I'll deliver info by day X, and it was there by day X) - Comprehensive overview of all the options, systems with drawbacks. Even answering technical questions and proposing the most efficient system (despite not being the most expensive) When the installation came: - It was done in 4 hours and the system was up and running the same day. - They show you how to operate the app, propose ideas to optimize the setup in the future (should we need more solar panels or battery) - They gave pets and compliments to my dog many times. -> All in all IQ solar was the best organized and comprehensive, delivered in all action points and offered the most competitive price of them all. I would not doubt for a second if I had to choose again.

Installation of extra panels on the same inverter went smooth and quick. There was a small problem with one of the cables but the company offered to come and fix it. So far good experience.

Installation perfectly planned: 1. Lift arrived previous evening, so No parking space hassles. 2. The technicians, communicated their plan and advised the best possible solution 3. No shortage of material or shabby work. 4. They fulfilled all instructions as requested e.g. Photos of installation, etc. No Advance payment, this shows confidence in their promises. After installation, Inspection scheduled in time and all paper work for Panel registration with the authorities initiated for Subsidies. Start installation 14th November and paperwork with authorities completed the same year, incredible dedication!!

I am very pleased with the work IQ Solar did. First of all their offer was significantly better than the other offers I received. I was able to choose the date when the installation will happen, they came on time and installed and connected everything in few hours. I can definitelly recommend IQ Solar.
