Absolutely not a pleasant experience with this company. Two men came to my house (within 2 days) to look at the problem, but offered few answers to my questions. A date was set for the repairs, but no one showed up and they stopped responding to emails. It is really not okay to treat people like this!
Unreliable company. The father comes to take measurements and jots something down on a piece of paper that is already full of numbers. He informs me that the son will prepare the quotes on Saturday; now, a month and a half later, I still haven't received anything. They don't answer the number provided; I left a message three times but received no response. A company I would certainly not recommend to anyone.
Recommended, they provided a quick and fair offerte based on the information I provided regarding a stuck roller shutter. In a couple days they were available to come fix the problem. When they arrived they noticed that the issue was simpler than what we thought (no need to replace the whole motor, just some loose cabels), not long later they sent the factuur with the adjusted price. Honest & efficient. My house has plenty of roller shutters so eventually I might need help again in the future, and I know now who to call.
